We may supply you with our biometric, digital door locks by an online and offline sales networks for your market.
And we will introduce to you the new developed products by the latest technologies. However, in some products,
it may be restricted to supply due to our existing partners in the country.

Price
|
|
We may submit you with our price list when you inquiry us by each model or some models of products.
The prices are normally based on FOB Korea. If you want, we may give you the prices based on CNF, CIF price terms.
And our prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment
|
|
You shall pay all the invoice values mentioned in our proforma invoice by Telegraphic Transfer, Western Union Transfer, etc. which we confirmed.
For the telegraphic transfer, please kindly refer to our bank information in the invoice issued by us.
The credit line is subject to our approval, in its sole discretion.

Order process
|
|
We will accept purchase order delivered to it by means of fax, mail service, or electronic means.
Purchase order should contain clear model no, quantity, price, shipping address, payment and etc.
When we receive a purchase order from you via fax, mail service, or electronic means, it should be acknowledged and confirmed the order by our proforma invoice with Bank Information and scheduled for shipment.
Small orders usually ship within 7 days, unless a product is on backorder, whereby you will be informed by email or phone.

Minimum order
|
|
The minimum acceptable order should be one carton quantity or equivalent for all orders. Sample order is available at the first time.
We will invoice you for the actual number of products shipped within the quantity variation limits.

Order change
|
|
We work diligently to deliver products in the most expedient manner.
Changes to orders may, therefore, incur additional expense on next order or additional payment.

|
Shipment
|
|
Shipments are sent out from Seoul, The Republic of Korea.
Inventory items generally will be shipped within 3 business days after confirming your wire transfer.
Shipping is available to implement via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, DGA Express, EMS, Nominated Forwarders and LCL via sea.
As pricing is based on FOB Korea, you should bear shipping charge and other expenses for delivery.
Accordingly, your carrier account number should be specified on purchase order.
If it is not available your account number, you may ask us to add shipping charge on our proforma invoice.

Warranty
|
|
We warrant each product listed on the website to be free from defects in materials and assembly in the course of normal use and services.
The warranty period commences with the date of shipment to the original purchaser and extends for the time of one year.

Warranty exclusion
|

We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss resulting from the operation or performance of any product or any systems in which a product is incorporated.
This warranty shall not extend to any auxiliary equipment not furnished by us which is attached to or used in conjunction with a product,
nor to any product which is used with any auxiliary equipment which is not furnished by us.
